While I like the concept of the dvd, I could not get passed the workouts. Jumping in the first seconds of a beginner warm-up? Really? My knees won't hold out for that. The workouts are little more advanced then they seemed.

This workout has helped me tone my problem areas.  I am an hourglass figure which is a good figure to have but the saddle bags and belly are my problem areas.  I have been working on them with these two 20 minute workouts designed specifically for my body type.  I really like the routine and the way it makes me feel when I finish the workout.  I will keep this DVD in the rotation for many workouts to come.
