I had gotten away from Jari's workouts as the dark sets and dull excercises seemed to make the workout drag on but loved the freshness of this one!!Not only is the set bright,the music was so motivating and Jari proved that fitness is the fountain of youth-she never ages!!I also loved the new spin on old excercises and I felt so cheerful while doing this despite my lack of sleep and rushed morning-I will do this one on a regular basis and love how you can do 30 minutes or an hour as sometimes my day is more hectic then others-thanks Jari-you gave my morning a great start!!!!

I don't think it is the same ole, same ole at all?!
I loved this workout. everything about it.
felt the burn, without doing unsafe moves.
as usual Jari has excellent cueing.
what I love about Jari, she is always genuinely happy. a good motivator. not phoney.
loved all the girls on this video.
I found I was having fun! felt like I was in the "class".
& I thought it was interesting enough thru out the entire 60 min workout.
what's great about Jari's workouts is the mere fact that their doable to the average housewife (like me).
I am not a Crossfit or burpee person. but, I consider myself in good shape.
love the time bar.
Keep them coming Jari! I'll buy. :)

I like this workout from Jari. If you choose to do a half hour at a time, like me, you'll certainly feel it. It packs a punch and gets the job done in only 30 minutes. It's not always the length of the workouts but it's the quality of the moves. Jari has once again chosen compound moves that are effective in a short amount of time. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed this workout. It uses minimal equipment and the moves aren't complicated. Great for someone like me with two left feet. I definitely felt sore the next day. Jari is encouraging without being annoying. Recommend this one.

It features the same set as Ripped in 6 which I thought was a reasonable workout. What I found tiresome in this video was the same old moves and same old music. Fitness is evolving and I just wonder how many more workouts I can bear using the same old dumbells, same moves and same music. All instructors have moved with times but Jari seems to be trapped in a time zone of her own.
