There's not a body part left untouched here - Andrea delivers fine cardio, strength and pilates workouts that are not exhausting yet challenge you in unique ways.  Everything is chaptered so you can do the longer workouts or select five minute segments and there's a few 10 - 20 minute premixes too.  Andrea is sweetly encouraging with a terrific smile and a charming midwestern accent.  This DVD could fit into anyone's fitness rotation nicely!
