Credit cards are charged at the time the item is shipped. Paypal, Google payments and other outside payment services automatically collect payments at the time the order is placed (even for pre-orders).

Checks and money orders - The item is shipped within 1 business day of receiving the payment. If we do not receive the payment within 21 days the order is canceled and the item is placed back in stock.
