Welcome to the 15 Minute Tone Series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to tone all your trouble spots using the most effective exercises. You can also add various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge, however, it is still a great workout without it. Get ready to feel the burn and see the changes!
THE SET INCLUDES:
Ankle Weight Lower (16 min): use ankle weights to intensity side laying outer and inner thigh exercises, seated quad exercises, front laying hamstring and all 4s glute exercises.
Arms & Abs (17 min): use a resistance band to work your arms whilst performing seated and laying Pilates abs exercises. It’s Intense!
Back Body (17 min): Use a band and fit ball to work your hamstrings, glutes and back with standing, elevated and laying exercises.
Ballet Abs (16 min): a super intense standing and mat workout with no equipment apart from a chair for balance. You will work your waistline in the standing position and then target the lower belly with a lot of long lever laying exercises.
Barre Lower (16 min): use a resistance band around your foot to increase the challenge of standing barre exercises including raises and squats.
Glutes Loop (17 min): use a booty band to increase the challenge of glute bridge, front and back laying glute exercises!
Good Morning (16 min): a full body workout that has a bit of cardio sculpt, mobility, stretching and barre style toning. It is a flowing workout designed to energize you and get you motivated for the rest of the day.
Pilates Ring (18 min): start with standing cardio sculpt exercises using the ring to work the arms, then move to a touch glute and thigh series using a chair, and finally hit the mat to work your core and arms.
Stretch Sculpt (16 min): a mostly mat workout where one exercise flows into the next. It is designed to stretch and mobilize the whole body, whilst also providing a nice burn.
Upper Body (16 min): alternate push up variations with standing barre arms. A nice cardio factor with some lower body engagement.
What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
