I like that there are different types of people doing the DVD, not just super skinny people.  Her counting is bad (not horrible), but she does admit that.  There is a modifier. She tells you what weights she's using and explains why you need a lower weight or lower rep.  Jeanette has a nice personality.  You do some cardio (not at all complicated) along with the weights.

In all, the time on this DVD seems to go by so fast.  I'm an intermediate to experienced exerciser, and I was surprised how much I was sweating.

This is a great workout! Very simple moves, but affective. Jeanette makes it fun as well with her bubbly attitude. Highly recommend for anyone at any fitness level as you can make it as easy or as hard as you like.

I love love love this dvd! Not only because Jeanette keeps the moves simple yet efftective with no complicated moves but because you feel it the next day as easy as the workout seems! When I first done this workout I thought this is so easy...I was right but I felt sore with these so called easy exersises! I am intermediate/advanced and found this workout on exercise tv. The program is divided into two 30 minute workouts. The aerobic segments are very simple which any fitness level can do and there is a lot of muscle toning workouts in between. The abs segment is very short adn again simple, and wished it was longer. But, I definitely added this workout to my regime as I did her kickboxing dvd. Jeanette became my new favorite fitness instructor!
