I really like this one a lot. I mainly do the all floor premix which is easy to break into individual segments. There is a lot of different exercises, so your core is challenged. The other premix is all standing abs with planks.  A couple of the moves are tough if you have back issues.

I am a big fan of Kelly's workouts but not a big fan of Abs dvd's,even though it's a huge trouble spot!I rarely by a workout DVD that is Abs only because I like Abs segments that are short and sweet-I don't like to devote an entire workout to them.As many of Kelly's other dvd's are set up,there are different premixed to choose from and many of the excercises have a cardio feel to them.I also love Kelly's new Slim Sculpt DVD-I love kettle bell workouts but all my other kettle bell dvd's were so dull and punishing-Kelly made me dust off my kettlebells again!I think she is the best trainer out there for strength training and her personality makes me look forward to working out with her!
