I really enjoy this DVD and have been doing workout 2 a lot. There is a high fun factor and it gets the heart rate up. This DVD has extras and lots of options, so there's lots of bang for your buck.

This is a totally fun and effective workout. WO one is add on style which is fun and will raise your heart rate to a decent level. WO two is a section of high impact moves done two times each. WO two will really raise your heart rate. The music is great and Kelly is a pleasure to workout with. The time will fly by and it does get the job done. Noelle, did a great job of modifying (although I didn't need it). The bonus abs and glutes have unique yoga inspired moves like the warrior pose for abs and the downward dog for legs and glutes. In addition to the main chapters, there are nine premixes. The posibilities are endless. However, the stretch at the end is very short so you might want to add on. I did the whole workout this morning and feel energized and refreshed. A must buy.

There are actually two cardio workouts on this DVD.  If you go to the "premix" section, you can do both without a cooldown between.  In all, this takes about 45 minutes for both workouts, the ab/hip/glute section takes about 15.  This DVD works on an add-on style.  The moves are not complicated which is good for someone who does a lot of different DVD's yet it keeps your heartrate up.  You'll know that you've worked out.  There are some unique moves in the abs/glutes/hip section, but not real intense.

I would definitely recommend this DVD to anyone.  There is one lady who shows you low-impact modifications.

This DVD is very user friendly with several options to choose from.  This is a very nice cardio workout that is short and effective. The moves were very doable, even without previewing...Great for days when you are short on time or when you just want to add on a little extra... I loved KCM's encouraging energy...I having been following the modifier some, and she is easily seen.  Some modification is necessary for me because I am overweight and pounding on concrete floors is not a good idea for my knees & back...  Most people should not have this problem...

I love to do the second higher intensity workout when I'm short on time but I feel the need to sweat.  Its only 30 minutes from start to finish, although a little bit longer in my case because I do some more stretches than what we are given by Kelly. The first workout is lower intensity and good for days when you don't feel like working yourself to exhaustion.  Given the time, I like to put them both together.  Kelly brings her usual peppy energy and likeable personality to the party.  Her background exercisers look friendly and pleasant with one of them offering low impact modifications. The music is great too!  The moves are all very easy to pick up but not boring at all.  I love this one!
