5 of 5 Enjoyable compound weight work... August 14, 2016

This is one of my favorite KCM workouts, though I admit I am not a fan of repeated segments.  There is a premix available that does only one round of each exercise, which I use it quite a bit.  This workout is all compound moves where there are 12 reps each, while that may not seem like many reps the speed is a little too fast to use really heavy weights.  I find this to be a more moderate weight workout for me where I use my 5 & 8 pounders the most with my 10's and a 12 pounder on occasion.  There is also a bonus stretch which I find to be quite nice as well.  I like it!

Kelly is back with another wonderful, challenging workout. You just can't go wrong with her creativity and knowledge on what will break your fitness plateaus but still be fun. Love the weight moves that move your body in all plains really delivers what it promises. Love it.

I have several KCM workout videos and thought that this would be another winner.  Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both workouts.  I did not find them challenging even with increased weights.  The "harder" premixes were better but not by much.  I really like the format of compound weight circuits followed by 1 minute of cardio but these routines seemed to lack intensity and were extremely repetitive.  I consider myself to be an int/adv exerciser and I did not find this challenging.
