I have always had to be careful with my lower back, even as a teenager.  I have some simple exercises recommended by a physical therapist that I do when I experience pain. They are very effective, but this program takes things to another level. What I love about it is that Kelly offers exercises that work more than the lower back.  As with the knee strengthening, you have to address more than just that body part, and Kelly does that. The pace is just right and she offers modifications if you need them. She also has premixes with all floor and all standing. Love that.

Lots of options with rhe premises. The exercises are not too tough and Kelly goes slow enough for you to focus on form. My one beef is that she didn't take advantage of the time to give a lot of pointers or reminders. I intend to do this one several times a week.

Great workout. Not only does Kelly work your back but your hips, and core.  Kelly is working out alone in this workout.  Slow pace with lots of cueing.  She also has a small box at the bottom showing modifications. In the first 30 minutes she does all the exercises twice. Sometimes alternating sides. Even good for people without back pain.
Another great workout from Kelly.

I love how it is slower paced and you can really focus on strengthening your back. I enjoy Kelly she always puts forth a well planned workout that delivers what it promises. I found this great for helping with back pain after an injury. Highly recommend it.
