This workout sneaks up on you.  By the time you begin the fifth block, you'll be sweaty and tired!  

Paul has a great personality and has good banter with his backup talent.  There was a bit too much emphasis on strength for my liking (I prefer cardio), but it is still a great workout.

This is my first Paul Katami wkout and I'm in love!!  I will be buying more of his wkouts for sure.  I am a fan of circuit style wkouts and this one does not dissappoint!  The format of 1 minute drills is great....sounds easy right?  NO...they build up on you and before you know it you are huffing and puffing!  Metabolic at its best. Strong powerful moves that are easy to execute, hard to complete!  This hits all major muscles in an awesome way.  Feeling spent at the end and worked hard.  Love it.  The timer is great so you can go at your own pace w/o counting reps, go heavy or light with the weights.  Versatile wkout that delivers!  Thanks Paul

This will make you breathless and sweaty. I love the use of a clock telling you how much time is left. There is a lot of jumping to get your heart rate up and great strength moves. Really a wonderful workout to have in the DVD collection.

This is a fairly standard metabolic circuit workout, but Paul Katami puts his own stamp on it with his motivational style to keep you sweating all the way to the end.

Paul is a very knowledgeable instructor with an engaging personality who doesn’t take himself too seriously. His cueing is spot-on; you always know exactly what you should be doing and where you should be feeling it.
