I enjoy the combo of boxing and barre very different. That is what makes it fun. His voice over might get on your nerves but because it is such a different challenge I can look past it. It gets harder every time you do it because you get better form hence able to engage muscles better.

If you're looking to get into Michael's workouts, but find Savage and AeroJump/Sculpt a bit too intimidating - try this one!! I love it - it's very doable for all levels, and the workout flies by!! I'll definitely be reaching for this one on days that I want a thorough workout without pushing myself to the max. Sometimes our bodies need a break from the super high intensity stuff.
