GET ALL 4 BALL AND LOOP WORKOUTS Welcome to the BALL AND LOOP SERIES. Get ready to feel the burn with this calisthenics/pilates fusion mat workout. Using a resistance loop and stability ball to intensify the exercises you will see all the familiar mat exercises as well as some innovative new ones! By using slight changes of body positioning and angles you will feel the burn in all the right places. THE WORKOUTS ARE: Abs (30 mins): Flatten your lower belly, whittle your wait and reduce that muffin top with these effective ball and loop exercises. Inner Thighs (23 mins): The ball is the perfect way to tighten and lengthen your inner thighs. The band will add extra resistance whilst you squeeze your inner thighs into shape! Outer Thighs (35 mins): Say goodbye to those saddlebags and hello to stream lined, sleek outer thighs. The resistance loop is one of the best ways to strengthen and define your lower body. Glutes (32 mins): This one will have you screaming for mercy! There’s a lot of glute and hamstring work as well as a bit of inner and outer thigh. The ball provides elevation to intensify the exercises whilst the band adds resistance to really hit those trouble spots hard! What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
