Leah hits your core from every possible angle and this is a real burner. This is loaded with different moves and they all have the teeny pulses. I wish it was chaptered because I don't like long ab workouts. Leah is precise in her cueing. There isn't a lot of fun factor to this one but it's very effective.

I think this workout gets harder every time I do it. The first few times I tried it, it seemed a lot easier than Leah's other DVDs. However, the more I do it the better my form gets and the harder the DVD becomes. As usual, Leah has excellent, precise form pointers.

In my opinion, this workout is definitely not as hardcore as Leah's other two in the series but it still sneaks up on you as your form adapts.

Leah takes you through innovative standing abs and matwork that will challenge every part of your core, both front and back, providing a well-balanced and strong program.
