I like both Ballet Physique DVDs, but I prefer this one because it is still barre but the sequencing is just a little different from most of the other full-length barre DVDs that I find it a little more interesting. Also there seems to be more floor work than in the other one. While this isn't the most intense barre, I feel like I get a decent intermediate-level workout and when I'm done, look forward to doing it again.

This is my favorite of the Ballet Physique workouts.  I like the instructor who seems personable and cues very well.  
This workout is advertised as "accelerated", but I didn't notice a difference in the pace.  
My favorite part of this workout is the seat or glute section, that I feel really targets the hamstrings and glutes from every angle very well.  It's not as tough as other seat workouts, but that means I can use it frequently with no dread.  I like that there is standing, side lying and all-fours work. There's something about changing positions that makes the workout seem shorter and those little breaks are just enough of a breather to keep me going until the end.

I recommend this workout to intermediate-advanced exercisers.
