This box set includes 12 workouts. They can either be used individually or can be mix and matched to create your perfect routine.
THE SET INCLUDES:
Fit in 5 Mat (57 mins, 4 workouts: Abs, Glutes, Outer Thighs, Inner Thighs): these are target specific workouts to chisel every muscle group in your lower body and abs. You will perform 5 rounds of exercises, each with a unique combination of moves to hit your problem areas from all angles.
Mat Workout Series (181 mins, 4 workouts: Ankle weight, Functional Training, Loop and Sculpt, Compound Moves): these workouts will work your entire body using functional combination moves as well as targeted muscle group focused exercises. Some of the workouts are pure body weight and others use equipment such as ankles weights and a resistance loop to intensify the moves.
Express Mat (114 mins, 6 workouts: Outer Thighs, Inner Thighs, Glute Bridge, Lower Belly, Abs, Triceps and Back): no straight reps here! You will perform unique combinations of various exercises with different rep patterns to keep things interesting. Each muscle group will be well and truly burned out.
Equipment: light dumbbells, ankle weights for one workout, and resistance loop or pilates band tied into a loop for one workout.
