GET ALL 4 BOUNCE EXPRESS SERIES WORKOUTS Welcome to the BOUNCE EXPRESS Series. As the name suggests, these are express workouts that give you maximum burn in minimum time. These are interval based workouts with 60 seconds of work for 15 rounds. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. The series will include cardio exercises as well as unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles. THE WORKOUTS ARE: Warm Up (10 mins) Cardio Sculpt (16 mins): you will alternate between pure cardio intervals and pure sculpting intervals. You will see all sorts of fun jumps, kicks and squats as well as curtsy lunges, push-up combinations and wide plie squats. On and Off (16 mins): you will be doing some of the intervals on the trampoline and for others you will use it as an elevation. The exercises include various knee ups and kicks, squats from side to side, skaters, jack combinations, side leg sweeps and tough squat jumps Kick Box (16 mins): punch and kick your way through a fast paced, easy to follow routine. Use light hand weights to increase the intensity and angle your kicks in all directions to work your legs and glutes. Knees and Kicks (16 mins): burn fat and get your heart rate sky high with knee pulls and kicks in all directions. This one has fun combinations and lots of balance work to engage your core and mind. Jacks (16 mins): you will see all different variations of jumping jacks - straight jacks, double jacks, wacky jacks, air jacks, side to side jacks, front and back jacks, x-jacks and lots more! Let's go wor What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
