This is a tough workout in terms of intensity. Although it is a bit repetitive, I find that a plus on days where I just want to focus on giving it my all and not on worrying about choreography or what's coming next. Amy is a great instructor, too.

This was  great advanced workout!. There is a warm up followed by the the 8 drills that are repeated 8 times tabata style.  There are 3 levels of each move, so anyone can do this workout out. I really like the donkey kick moves.  My legs were buring after the second set.  The only thing I did not like is that I felt the recovery time was a little too long between the drills. Don't get me wrong,  I liked having this little rest to recuperate, but  my heart rate dropped to a little lower than I wanted it to be.  Overall, very well done!

Amy did a fantastic with her first instalment of the breathless series. They are very good at getting you breathless and feeling the endorphin high. I love the moves in this one and I love how motivating Amy is. I love that there are three different levels that you can work from. Excellent Dvd worth your dollars:)

I absolutely loved this workout.  Amy gives you 3 different level options for each tabata circuit and she is very knowledgeable and motivating throughout.  I was drenched in sweat by the end of this workout and it will definitely be my "go to" workout when I want to workout at my hardest.
