I have tried the fluidity workout, the barmethod, Lotte Burk method, Tracey Anderson,etc., and this Callanetics workout is the best in terms of effect.  It is more of a "quiet" workout, but it worked my muscles more efficiently and completely than any other workout I have tried.  I love it.

Pay close attention to technique.  If you don't have the technique, you will not get the desired results.
