4 of 5 Good mat pilates for a short or recovery day July 2, 2014

I lent this dvd to a friend & never got it back, so I had to buy it again...bummer. The workout consists of approximately 27 minutes of mat pilates, followed by a cardio section. I'm not a fan of the cardio section, so I only use the mat section for days when I'm recovering or if I'm sort on time. The mat section covers all the Pilates basics but isn't too strenuous. This is the only Ana Caban dvd I have where she actually speaks while on camera (she usually does voiceovers). She provides excellent instruction & is very pleasant.
