I think of “Body Max 2” as classic Cathe — fun, well-designed and choreographed, advanced yet easy to follow, and with great music.

With nearly 100 minutes of material and lots of premixes, you can get a different workout each time you use it.

This is easily one of my favorite videos.  I usually do the all cardio premix - so fun with great music, easier moves, but great challenge - perfect steady state cardio.  When you do the entire video, great circuit training that is fun and hits every muscle.  I reach for this one a lot.

I couldn´t finish this DVD!  It really pushed me and thats a good thing because it´s a challenge.  The moves were quite easy to learn and I sweated more than when I jog!  I have heard many rave reviews and now I know why!  Fab!!!!!
