As the previous reviewer stated, do look past the dated clothes.  I have almost all of Cathe's series, and this is at the top.

I would probably rate it an Intermediate-Advanced and will help you build up to her later series.  But the moves are ageless and it's a tremendous value for the three workouts in one.  I had her old VCR's on this (separate tapes for each workout) and it was worth the upgrade to mix/match all on one DVD.

This is a treasure.

Three great workouts to give you a full muscle conditioning experience.  I use heavy weights for this series and get great results.  Cathe uses moves she doesn't use in her more current workouts and I really enjoy that.  Goes by fast with zero boredom factor.

Don´t be put off by Cathe´s headband! hahah this is  a great workout!  Its a shame, because alot of the moves in this DVD are not featured in Cathe´s more recent DVDs (seated clean & press, arnold press etc)  I recommend this DVD!

This is an awesome DVD.  You get three workouts that target specific muscle groups on each of the three workouts. Cathe teaches with great enthusiasm and proper technique which she and her crew demonstrate throughout. This workout is an older one but still challenges your muscles and you'll experience a good sore from your muscles being worked and have strength gains. You get maximum results for a reasonable amount of commitment. Cathe is the best, you won't be sorry.
