I found this easy the first couple of times till I got the moves and could focus on using power in the strikes and kicks. Boy do I get a great fun workout that moves my body in all different ways. I love love this dvd. There is high impact moves in it that you can modify with less impact. I love what a great teacher Cathe is. Love the use of the med ball.

I am not an MMA fan, so my view is a bit skewed.  I much prefer HiiT, MWT, step for my cardio.  I did find this workout too easy for my liking, but am saving it for variety.  I don't reach for it all that often, but when I do, I find I like it a little better each time.

This DVD doesn’t deliver the intensity levels that fans have come to expect from Cathe, but it’s a fun workout for a less intense day. I enjoy the MMA-inspired moves.

This is a good DVD to work into your MMA/kickboxing schedule.

This is one of Cathe's "easier" cardio workouts, in my opinion, though none of them are easy. I liked the change in this one to creative MMA inspired moves, since they were different and new for me. The DVD has some really fun combos that fly by, and then some creative core work at the end. A fun workout.
