I love Pilates as taught by Ellen Barrett first of all. This is a short, but great Pilates set for the whole body. Abs, Butt and Legs! Put a lot into the moves and you will feel it.

I could never get rid of any Ellen.  She's such a favorite-for a reason!  She gives you pleasant workouts that are worth your time.  That said, this is probably her easiest workout (or her easiest pilates workout) and her more purely pilates workout.  This is not to imply that it is only useful for beginners, though.  It's a great introduction to pilates.  And if you are intermediate, you might like this for an add on or active rest day.  Or a lower energy day where you still want to get something GOOD in.  But, like I said, it's nice but it's her easiest.
