Fun workout. She has a lot of great energy which is contagious and exhilarating. The moves actually fall on the beat of the music which is important to me. The choreography is easy to pick up, she does repeat all the moves from the beginning at a slower pace as she adds on new segments. It does slow things down (as well as your heart rate) if you are a more advanced exerciser who catches on quickly or are already familiar with the choreography from previous viewings. Although I'd prefer she only teach it slowly only at the beginning of the new sections, you can always use that time to sharpen your technique. I enjoy both segments, the hip-hop is a little more complicated but certainly can be learned and is very enjoyable.  For reference, I am an intermediate exerciser and frequently turn to this DVD when I'm in the mood to dance.  No regrets with my purchase.
