The first thing that you will notice is the banter, as Dr. Lisa refuses to stay quiet and let Elise Joan (aka Elise Gulan) explain the exercises or finish a paragraph for that matter. Her constant talking really gets on one’s nerves. The dvd does not have a music only option. The other thing is that the moves are mainly beginner with some very advanced positions thrown in. No modifications are given for those just starting out. While Elise is near perfect in form Lisa is not. She is so wobbly, bent, and all over the place. There are much better workouts than this in the same style but if you do want this workout buy it for Elise, or better yet get her other workouts, she’s a great trainer.
