Great 45-minute workout - and I hate pilates! |

I am NOT a pilates fan -- I lean toward Cathe, kettlebells, KCM, Jari Love, The Firm and Tracie Long -- but the clip looked intriguing, so I purchased this. I'm glad I did! There's no way you can get bored with this workout because, as with the Firm, she moves from one set of exercises to another. She gives wonderful form pointers throughout. I do the workout with the music (there's an option for that) because I think the music would drive me crazy. The filming is pretty bad, too, but I still have no regrets about buying this. It's a good workout to do for those days I can't get motivated because it only requires a mat, bare feet and some light weights. It's not too hard that I dread doing it and not too easy that I feel I've wasted my time. I'd rank this as intermediate to high intermediate. If you can forgive non-glossy production values, give this a try!
