Good athletic cardio workout |

I loved this DVD! I did both workouts (50 minute version) and worked up a good sweat.
Both segments consist of interval-style moves. Each move is done three times: * Cardio move (squat jumps, punches, etc.) * Line drill (fast feet, side shuffles) * 30 seconds of jump rope (not with a real rope, although you could probably use one if you wanted) * 60 second jog/boxer shuffle * 30 seconds slow jog/shuffle
The cardio/line drill moves increase in repetition- you do five reps the first time, 10 the second, and 15 the third time. The moves definitely build with time and give you a great workout.
This is definitely not a DVD for beginners. There is no modification or form breakdown or explanation.
In conclusion, I will definitely do this workout again- the 50-minute version is great by itself and I will definitely combine the 25-minute segments with other workouts.
