This DVD gives 3 full-length workouts that I enjoy doing.  (I'm not into core workouts).  And, she just seems to have a blast in these workouts. To me, there was nothing scripted about her exclaiming how much fun she was having (just once in awhile). I really like her as an instructor. She's genuine. She motivates you to work out hard, but lets you decide what "hard" is for you and encourages you to exercise at your own level.

I love Dana--she has such incredible enthusiasm and energy, and it translates well to the dvd. She has a great range of exercises here and time frames, making this a varied but accessible dvd. Both her 30-minute weighted strength and her 40-minute cardio are super challenging but amazingly fly right by. I'm always surprised I made it through. She works all parts of the body with these routines (abs included). The 20-minute abs routines is really tough, with both standing abs that will burn a ton of calories and floorwork that really do strengthen all parts of your waistline. The 50-minute band is tough, and there's no doubt you will be worked out by the end of it. Her background exercisers are great as well because they are just folks; the gym setting works really well with what Dana does. The camera work is well done too--I haven't felt lost with anything she presents and her cueing is clear to me. I hope Dana makes more videos because she is a wonderful motivator.

This was my first Dana video.  I really liked the Cardio workout.  It has basic choreography, but it moves fast and is a no-boredom workout.  She reminds me of Michelle Dozois, in that she doesn't do one thing too long.  That's the way I like my cardio.  I am not sure I will use the strength workout much.  Not  really my style.  I liked the tubing workout, but without the tubing.  I used weights in most segments but thought the use of the tubing was lame.  The ab segment was just ok.  Her voice gets a little annoying in this and her continual flinching of her eyes is strange. Other than that, this dvd will get used often.

I love all 4 workouts. Dana's cuing is perfect and all of her transitions flow smoothly. She does alot of squats and lunges and compound exercises. The strength and tube workout are pretty intense my heart rate was up the whole time. love the cardio lots of high low.
