I really enjoyed these work outs. They are short but challenging and of course you can change the level.  I used them almost every day and after about 2 months the DVDs won't play anymore.  So, great programs but they may not last.

I love these twenty minute workouts!  They are fun and effective. Christine is a wonderful instructor. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very athletic. It's a pleasure to workout with her as well as her very competent background cast. These workouts are perfect as add-ons or stand alones. I am very glad I got them!!
