This is really good and a step up from their Body Sculpt, which I love. There aren't a million reps and everything is broken down into 10 min segments so you can pick and choose if you're short on time. They give modifications to make the moves harder or easier. While I love the live cueing and the interaction between Fred and Elisabeth, sometimes I feel like they yell the instructions.

I love the different moves so very challenging. The reverses plank with leg lifts and round/flat back against the wall is intense and what a challenge. The instructors are great and very good at explaining form. I just wished all the segments flowed together.
