3 Workouts. 2 Premixes. Amazing Results.

Just like the title says, Mike Donavanik’s Extreme Burn: RIPPED, is designed to get you ripped and into amazing shape. If you want results and are up for the challenge…get ready! This exciting new workout will push you to your limits, torch fat, tighten your body, define your core, and increase your stamina!

The best part is that each workout is approximately 30-minutes long. As a bonus, there are also two hardcore premixes – Ripped Abs and Ripped Extreme. Modifications are provided, so no matter what fitness level you’re at, this workout will challenge you and deliver results like no other.

Workout 1 is an all body weight workout. Don’t let that fool you though – this workout will shock your system and will leave you worked and breathless before you know it.

Workout 2 uses medium weights – placing emphasis on strength, cardio, and core.

Workout 3 progresses to heavy weights. This workout is ultra challenging and is designed to build strength, lean muscle, and power.

The premix Ripped Extreme: is all three workouts combined – and Ripped Abs is made up of the ab work from each individual workout.

3 of 5 Good Total Body Work-Out... August 20, 2014
Reviewer: Susan from AL, United States
This is the easiest of Mike's 3 work-out dvd's.

It's made up of 3 roughly 30 minute work-outs that each consist of a warm-up, work-out, abs, and cool-down. The first work-out is body weight based with some kickboxing moves, the second work-out uses medium weights, and the third work-out uses heavy weights. Mike makes good use of compound moves so that the whole body gets worked-out in a short amount of time.  Each individual work-out goes by quickly and I don't get bored.  I don't get a whole lot of cardio but I do get a lot of toning and strength.  Also, Mike has the best abs sections.

I have some playback issues with this dvd that I didn't have with his other two dvds.  I don't like that when I do the extreme work-out (a combination of all three work-outs) that I am doing a warm-up three times.  I would definitely recommend his Metabolic Conditioning and Extreme Burn dvds over this one. This is a good work-out dvd...just not as good as his previous two work-out dvds.

5 of 5 Mike keeps it coming! July 8, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
Mike Donavanik brings something new with “Extreme Burn Ripped” — in addition to one of his signature cardio/strength metabolic workouts, this DVD includes a bodyweight/cardio workout, and a second cardio/strength workout which uses heavier weights. Or you can combine all three workouts for a 90-minute challenge.

As always, Mike provides continuous form pointers and motivation to ensure that you’re working hard, yet staying safe. Highly recommended!

3 of 5 More of the same April 8, 2014
Reviewer: Cam
I have all 3 of his dvds and wasn't overly impressed with this one.  I find that Mike doesn't really give us anything new.  The 1st workout is just plain boring. No weights are used and a lot of push up/burpee/mountain climber moves.  I was bored 10 minutes into it.  Workouts 2 and 3 are better, but are similar to his other 2 dvds.  On a positive note, he is one of the few instructors that can deliver an intense workout in 30-40 min.  My favorite is workout 2 in Metabolic Conditioning.  Other than that, the music is very annoying. It sounds like sirens are continually going off in all 3 workouts. Who thought that was a good music choice?  Similar to his other dvds, he walks around a lot and talks way too much.  I'll pass on his future dvds.
