For maximum pre-exhaust benefit, standing sequences alternate with supine & prone positions. In addition, the floor work precedes the appropriate standing work. Changes in body position add an additional training effect, similar to the requirements of multi-activity Olympic events such as the Triathlon.

Sun Salutation is followed by a ball warm up (4 min.). The workout rotates Weights (29 min.), Cardio (12 min.), Core/floor work (10 min.), and Yoga/Stretch (7 min.) at the appropriate intervals. The diverse soundtrack maintains a fat-burning, heart rate throughout.
