Don’t be fooled by these short workouts. They are challenging and pack a punch.!! You will feel the burn and you will sweat.  It will tone and create a cardio effect. I like to do one as an add on.  But what I usually do is string 2-3 along at the end of the day. Regardless of how you use them, you will get results. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
