FuseDance Cardio Lean is a beautiful, fluid, low impact workout that blends and fuses different dance techniques. You'll experience the lengthening of ballet and jazz with the toning of Pilates while you move your body, shake your hips and sculpt the body from arms to thighs.

Workout One (25 minutes) conditions the body with dance moves that burn and firm the body, seamlessly put together creating a cardio effect to burn fat fast

Workout Two (25 minutes) takes you to the floor for the perfect floor barre workout focusing on ripped abdominals, a lifted booty and lengthened lower body.

There are two workouts that you can do together or separately that both are very low impact. I love the different styles of dance with pilates type movement. The flow is beautiful you feel long and graceful after it. I love using it as a cross training workout for lower impact days. FUN.

This DVD reminds me a lot of BodyFit 360 just at a slower pace.  

Tracey does a great job with the first half of the DVD – Slender Body Burn.  It felt like contemporary dance with some ballet elements included.  The contemporary dance was low impact movement  – no plyometrics here.  The ballet parts felt a little like a barre workout without the barre.  The second half of the DVD – Sleek Physique is typical floor work that works the abs and lower body.  I much prefer standing workouts to floor work, but Tracey’s encouraging attitude keeps me going when I want to quit.

Overall, I was challenged more than the “Intermediate” rating had me thinking I would be.  I highly recommend this workout for someone that likes BodyFit 360, Reach, Jennifer Galardi’s Ballet Body.  

One issue - I usually do this workout all at once.  When I did just the Slender Body Burn segment, I got the warm up but no cool down.  I don’t know if this happens if you select the Sleek Physique segment.

Barefoot fusion workouts always look a lot easier than they are.  This one is no exception!  
The first workout is a fast-paced ballet workout that will have you sweating while you work the lower body a lot harder than you thought you would.  The second workout focuses on the abs, obliques and glutes, adding some upper body work with pushups and just maintaining the quadruped position.  Some of the exercises in this section are quite hard and I have to modify.
The music is pretty good, but I expected that from a dance workout.  
Tracey is very encouraging, cues mostly well, but perhaps not enough for a beginner.  

If you like barefoot fusion workouts and are up for something more fast paced and dancey with some good floor toning exercises, this may be a good choice.

I have all the Booty Barres and love this addition. I have both the Fuse DVD's... First chapter is standing up and the second chapter is floor work. Easy to follow and fun. I do this in addition to my barre work. It has kept the weight off and I have lost inches and toned up well. Tracey is fun, energetic, easy to understand and follow. Highly recommend this.
