Welcome to the Fusion Flow Series. These feel good workouts will strengthen, lengthen and stretch your entire body. Perfect for anyone who wants to get a great workout, but in a gentle and soothing way. There are still moments of challenge, but the movements are very flowing and dance like with no difficult choreography so your mind and body can move with ease.
THE WORKOUTS ARE:
Mat (28 mins): Fusion Flow Mat is a stretch sculpting routine, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles all whilst on the mat. You will move through large range of motion, sweeping exercises in kneeling, pretzel and side lying positions. You will finish with some all fours leg raises and down dog exercises to engage your core and lengthen your hamstrings.
Band (28 mins): In Fusion Flow Dynamic you will use the band to dynamically strengthen and stretch your upper body whilst performing flowing lower body exercises. This is a joint friendly routine with lots of variety. You will get your sweat on and finish off with some great ab sculpting exercises on the mat. You will definitely feel a great stretching element in this workout too.
Dynamic (24 mins): In Fusion Flow Dynamic you will use a chair to help you balance, whilst performing large range of motion, dynamic stretches. Your whole body will get involved as you move through rag doll swings, rotating knee lifts, long lever front and back leg swings, attitude bends with figure four squats and a dynamic plie leg sweep series.
Easy Cardio (24 mins): Fusion Flow Easy Cardio is a feel good cardio segment with lots of flowing, dance like moves that are gentle yet dynamic. You will get your heart rate up without any jumping, so it's joint friendly and low impact. The exercises are easy to follow, moving from one to another without any complicated routines, but still really effective for torching calories and fat.
What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
