I like the organization of this DVD. You can do each segment on its own or combine them. I like doing all three which is about 53 minutes. The first part is a gentle warm-up and is done at a leisurely pace. The second part is more challenging but he does modify poses using props. The third part is a relaxing cool down which would be a great add-on to a non-yoga workout.
