I bought this dvd a long time ago, I just did that one. To my surprise, it was very relaxing and my lower body I felt completely stretched out. Suzanne is very calming, very clear instructions and doesn't rush through the exercises.

I loved this series when I was new to exercise. Suzanne Deason's calm demeanour, precise cueing, and the beautiful outdoor setting make them a pleasure to use. I particularly liked the stabilisation moves at the beginning — they're harder than they look!
