I enjoyed the set and I enjoyed the flow of this routine. It gave a great challenge and a calm energy. Great instructor very good at leading you thorough the flow.

I really like this workout. I usually break them into individual sections because they're plenty hard and I like the shorter lengths. But sometimes I'll do it all for a killer workout. The poses are interesting, she'll get you into the pose and then you'll add different movements to up the cardio and strengthening effects. It's tough. Her cueing is casual yet she gives helpful tips. She's the first instructor I've seen that encourages a lot of movement as you settle into a pose. She seems to wiggle a lot. But I like that because I'm not a person who can settle instantly into the right position - it takes adjustments. This is definitely a tough workout and I always feel stretched and accomplished after.
