This is a good workout with some hitches.  The first two 10 minute workout seemed like Amy was trying to do everything extremely fast. What then happens is that you feel constantly behind the beat and really Amy's cueing was not she usually is.  The rest of the sessions were much better as she cued a motion before she did it and not when she did it.  I am giving it 4 stars for that reason.
Good workout but not an exceptional workout.
