I gave this workout 5 stars due to the fact the moves work.  The production quality, cueing, and music may be a bit lesser quality, but the moves WORK!  Watch your form to make sure you are doing the moves safely, as Sandra's form isn't always spot-on (may be because she is talking and instructing while trying to do the moves).

It isn't all ab work, there are push-ups, squats, cardio - but all of those moves DO work the abs, just not as obvious.  Everything is doable and modifiable, if needed.  It sometimes seems to drag on, but I think that is only because it is an ab video and nothing about the moves or instructor.

I would recommend getting WAGS gloves to prevent wrist strain.

This workout is really advanced.  It's full of plank like work and high impact cardio sections.  This workout will help you break through plateaus and you WILL see results.  Unlike the other HC workouts this one can cause some dread if you aren't mentally prepared for it.
