Sandra's DVDs get a lot of slack for the low production value/lack of music.  While true, the exercises DO WORK!  This is the easiest set and I usually do one of the 3 workouts one time through as an add-on or whenever I have 10 min to spare to tighten my abs. (She recommends doing one workout 3 times through, but I don't - I would rather just pull out a 30 min ab workout).  There are always push-ups and squats and plank work along with some traditional crunches, bicycles, etc.  The 10 min fly by, but you feel like you got a good ab workout.  I think these are the toughest ab workouts I own (I don't own a lot, but much better than just the traditional ab work - much better results).  This DVD is very doable (you may have to modify, however you will build up endurance fairly quickly.  I would recommend getting WAGS gloves to prevent wrist strain.
