I think this delivers a solid workout and even elongate your muscles. You can tell this is made by gym person for gym people. It does not have what other Yoga masters have the focus mind/body connection even when doing a more challenging flow. Its good for what it is but its not real yoga.

Normally, I do not care for Jillian's workouts, but this one was doable for me.  I still do not know why I purchased this one.  Maybe it is because I do not want to "throw out the baby with the bath water" so I gave her another chance... surprisingly nice workout but not an easy workout...
