Joy Bauer is a motivating instructor and Lisa Wheeler was a good support for her.  The workout interweaved cardio and weights and that was a great way to get both faces of the workout in.  I would give the workout 4 and 1/2 stars.  I actually enjoyed the banter between the two instructs

This is a good “celeb and trainer” video. The moves are old standards and not too difficult for a beginner. A novice might want to slow the pace down because at times it does get high impact (jumping/jogging). There are 2 20 minute workouts and also cooking tips with Joy. I had to deduct a star for the talkative twosome, but at least none of the conversation is that annoying.
