With this 50-minute routine, you'll create more strength and power from the inside out, stand taller, and develop a longer, leaner silhouette.

5 of 5 I love this DVD! November 1, 2015
Reviewer: Karen Beckwith from Westminster, CO United States
This DVD always makes me feel good.  It is effective and goes quickly even though it's about 50 minutes long.   It has, like the title says, both abdominal and back exercises.  There is a modifier who makes things a bit tougher if you don't feel challenged enough by what Karen is doing.  I highly recommend this DVD!

1 of 5 Dry and dated July 21, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
This DVD starts with stretches without a prior warm-up, a practice which fitness professionals now advise against. In fact, the last time I did this workout, I pulled a muscle in my back.

While Karen has impressive form and explains the exercises well, she has a very dry demeanour, which makes the workout seem far longer than it is.

In short, there are many far better Pilates DVDs available.
