At 45 minutes, this is quite short but it's a good yoga / pilates routine, that as you learn, can  match the moves to the breath, to really get a lot out of.  It can be split into two shorter workouts (25 min standing or 20 mins matwork).  As with all Karen's videos the moves are effective and she gives loads of little hints and tips to get the most from it.  I quite often do some or all of it after a cardio session (e.g. the cardio from burn and firm).  My flexibility and strength increased dramatically after only a week or so, doing this 2-3 times per week.
