I love Kelly Coffey Meyers' workouts in general. I've tried all of her 30 Minutes to Fitness DVDs and have kept my favorites.  In general, I tend to think they are all good workouts, but not all of them are for me and my exercise style and/or fit my exercise limitations.  This DVD, however, is one that I just can't get into.

There is a LOT of high impact in these workouts.  But, Lauren offers a lot of modifications, ones that left me feeling like I was working out because they weren't lame or afterthoughts.  Kelly is backed up by two background exercises and Lauren is one of them.  Kelly constantly encourages you to do what's good for you - in terms of impact, weights, etc.

Kelly is so motivating with all her quotes. She also tells you what muscle is working and where you should feel the burn. It has great athletic type moves I love that makes me feel so strong and powerful.

If you are good at aerobics, the cardio segments will work for you.  I'm not that dance coordinated, so since the transitions are fast and she only does a few reps before moving on to the next move, the cardio section was not for me.  I found the strength section to be good, and liked the guidelines on which weight to choose for the move ahead.  The stretch section was excellent.  I'll use this for those days when a half hour of strength will complement something like time on the treadmill or bike, but I doubt I'll ever use the cardio section, as I don't think I'll ever get the moves, and won't want to waste time trying.

This workout is fun and challenging. Kelly incorporates moves from sports like baseball, fencing and lacrosse into the  drills in a creative and fun way. The premixes are great if you are interested in a quick strength only or cardio only workout. The stretch section is also quite good. This one's a keeper.

This a 2 30 minutes interval workout with pre-mixes that allow you to combine both or have only weight workout or just areobic workout. As the bonus you also get a 20 minutes strech that can be done on its own or added. Some moves are really new, the 30mn will fly without you realizing it and you'll feel worked out.
