If you've mastered the moves in Joey Alvarado's previous release, “Combat Kettlebell Systems”, you'll love this 2-DVD set.

Combining Jiu-Jitsu bodyweight moves with kettlebells, "Kettle Jitsu Revolution" will quickly improve your speed, agility and conditioning. After all, you don't have to be a fighter to train like one!
