Kettlebell AMPD is not your typical workout. It takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves, and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! This program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout.

3 of 5 Decent first effort September 7, 2016
Reviewer: Susan W. from Texas
I've done this workout three times now and have decided to rate it 3.5 stars for a good first effort. I enjoyed the workout using just a 10lb kettlebell - it is chaptered nicely and the time just flew by.  The music, while not nearly prominent or unique enough to warrant the shoutout on the DVD cover and by Amy, is pleasant and keeps the beat.  I did not like the cue-less warmup, done by the video talent while Amy is doing the introduction.  I also wish Amy would do more of the workout instead of alluding to how she has the "easier job".  Who wants to hear that? That being said, I would consider getting Volume II when I spot it on Total Fitness DVDs because I like Amy, the workout itself is fun and challenging (LOVE the 8-point burpees).
