    This is not just a repeat of her first disc and does a solid job of alternating cardio and weight moves. Time moves quickly and there are good premixes. Her form is perfect and she is a very non-annoying instructor. No cheerleader rah-rah stuff, but not a boot camp instructor either.

    I enjoyed Lauren's Volume 1 with one beef - the one minute breaks between segments were too long - she has solved that here by cutting it to 30 seconds.  Perfect.   And again, she has provided excellent instruction/preview of the exercises.  Nice chaptering - you can do a short workout or a longer one.  Great abs workout, and to-the-point warm up and cool down.  I very much like Lauren's calm demeanor; it works well for me while I'm swinging a heavy kettlebell.

    I did the smoker & finisher workout...which is a little over 20 minutes, and I was pleasantly exhausted at the end.  If you want an excellent workout that you can fit into a small window of time, this dvd is for you.
